Rob has been a part of the finance industry for over 30 years and is the foundation of our team here at Sonic. During his time in the industry, he has gained unique and valuable knowledge that is critical to being a great mortgage broker. Despite being in the field for many years, Rob continues to be driven and passionate about helping his clients achieve success. Rob’s ability to build rapport with his clients is truly unmatched. He aims to always create a lending experience for his clients where all their questions are answered, allowing them to have a complete understanding of the finance process and lender policies and solutions. This has added great value for our client’s by allowing them to better understand their own financial needs and to make well informed decisions. Harvi (Lending Specialist)
Harvi has been a part of the Sonic family since the onset of our journey. With a passion for finance, Harvi started off working as a Business Banker for NAB where he developed his love of all things lending and business. With over 12 years’ experience as a business owner, Harvi has a unique skill of connecting with many of our self-employed clients and understanding complex business lending scenario’s. His friendly personality and drive to go above and beyond have seen him labelled as the heart and soul of the Sonic team. Harvi’s empathetic nature and ability to truly connect with his client’s has resulted in him obtaining and maintaining an organic clientele base. His immense knowledge of the mortgage market and understanding that it is not a “one size fits all” solution is what makes him an integral part of our team. Our clients are always impressed with Harvi’s great communication skills, and willingness to thoroughly answer any questions they may have. Pairing this all with Harvi’s commercial and asset finance experience, makes him a lending superstar at Sonic Finance.
Nicole (Lending Specialist)
Nicole first joined Sonic Finance in 2022 and has quickly become an integral part of the team. Growing up immersed in the finance industry through her father, Harvi, Nicole developed a strong interest in lending from a young age, which was further strengthened through completing her Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance. Since joining the business, she has brought a fresh, modern approach to client support and loan processing, combining strong technical knowledge with a high level of care and attention to detail. Her highly organised and empathetic nature allows her to manage applications efficiently while ensuring clients feel supported and informed throughout the entire process. Nicole is known for her ability to build genuine rapport with clients and bankers alike, making her a trusted point of contact within the team. Her strong communication skills, initiative, and willingness to go above and beyond have made her a valued member of Sonic Finance, working closely alongside Harvi to deliver a seamless lending experience.
Aman (Lending Specialist)
With over five years of experience at Sonic Finance Group and more than seven years in the banking industry, Aman brings extensive knowledge and expertise to each client interaction. His focus is on guiding first-time home buyers through the complex journey to home ownership, helping them feel assured and well-informed every step of the way.
